David R Edwards has a unique voice, and it’s probably one that you will find it hard to forget.

In our sanitised 21st century world, his work is uncompromising and genuine. He speaks from the place of his uncomfortable truth; of bookies and belligerence, of fractured family and of loss and acceptance.

He is a survivor, and his resilience spits itself out in every stanza. Though the suffering is evident, there is no self-pity, only pity for a world seemingly without pity. A world where money screams and compassion cries silently into its beer.
It is a voice that needs to be heard, and listened to…. After all…It could be your voice.
